INTIMATE HYGIENE AND FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to health and hygiene regulations, all products sold on olyon.co are considered Final Sale. Because our items are for personal and intimate use, they cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility. Consequently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, personal preference, or situational dissatisfaction. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that items are non-returnable once the original shipping seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened.
DISCREET SHIPPING GUARANTEE
We value your privacy above all else. Olyon guarantees that all orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging. There will be no mention of the brand name "Olyon" or the specific contents of the package on the exterior shipping label. The sender's name will appear as a neutral fulfillment entity to ensure that your purchase remains your private business from our warehouse to your doorstep.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We maintain rigorous quality control standards; however, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.
1. Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
2. Reporting: You must contact us at support@olyon.co within 48 hours of delivery to report any defects or shipping damages.
3. Requirements: To process your claim, please provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
4. Resolution: Verified defective items will be eligible for a replacement of the same model or a store credit, at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately. Once an order has been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment team, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. However, please be advised that this right does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. To qualify for a return under EU regulations, the product must remain in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed shrink-wrap or packaging.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In the event that a refund is approved (such as for a cancelled order prior to shipping or a verified defect where a replacement is unavailable), the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@olyon.co.
